For 25+ years Robert has successfully led multiple scrum teams and quality teams to develop and certify software features for IT and storage organizations. Over those years he has analyzed requirements, designed solutions, recruited talent, and managed implementations. All the while he analyzed past project statistics, identified weaknesses, implemented process improvements to achieved ever higher efficiencies in the development process. Within several organizations, Robert led the way to convert from a waterfall development process to a more agile and collaborative process that integrated multiple facets (business analyst, software developers, quality assurance, and product management) into a more cohesive machine which drove product feature delivery improvements.
