Alyss Analytics is pushing the Artificial Intelligence Envelope for HR

Artificial Intelligence is exploding in every industry but Human Resources isn’t an area that many companies think of for AI. Alyss Analytics is a custom A.I. system built to be a companion for finding candidates who stand out based off of their soft skills and “intangible” traits. Alyss incorporates the video interview process to measure facial landmarks, speech to text, and the speech tone to give candidates a new way to shine in a sea of resumes. Flint Hills Group is the Software Engineering Team behind Alyss Analytics. Starting with only theory and a concept, Flint Hills Group worked quickly with the Alyss Analytics team to develop a highly scalable AI solution using emotion detection, vocabulary and keyword analysis and audio analysis. The primary use is with Human Resource tools to screen thousands of candidates down to a handful using AI that has learned from prior videos. Alyss has also been used in the video gaming industry to match gamers to their favorite gaming character.
